Cardio Kickboxing A 60 minute high intensity cardiovascular exercise routine, using boxing moves such as jabs, cross punches and kicks. Great for increasing muscular endurance, balance, agility, flexibility and reflex response. Intermediate/advanced fitness levels
Core and More 60 minutes of alternating cardiovascular exercise with core conditioning (abdominals, back & hips) movements while utilizing the stability ball, BOSU, bands, medicine balls, etc. This class is designed to increase your cardiovascular endurance, as well as improve your coordination, flexibility and balance giving you the complete head-to-toe workout. Mish Mash One huge class combining cardiovascular exercise with body toning exercises while incorporating Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi into the workout, thus making this a TOTAL BODY experience from head-to-toe.
Move & Mingle* A specialized program for adults designed to teach proper usage of equipment, proper exercises and stretching techniques and create an overall awareness of gym usage and health and wellness.
Pilates Concentrates on building strength and flexibility, improving coordination, balance and posture, along with increasing stamina. All Pilates movements are initiated by muscles in the abdominal area (known as the Powerhouse) and are designed to work the smaller muscles that support the larger ones, by stretching and lengthening the entire muscular package. Pilatesculpt Body sculpting/toning exercises utilizing Pilates-based movements with the added assistance of fitness equipment. A description of Pilates is listed above.

SilverSneakers II® Cardio Circuit Combine fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. SilverSneakers® Yoga Stretch This program is designed to physically and mentally engage you with a variety of safe and fun yoga positions and breathing exercises. Using a chair for support, participants work at their own pace to build flexibility and endurance while learning to relax and think more clearly. Class limited to 30 participants.
Spinning 60 minute intense cardiovascular workout utilizing the Johnny G. Spinner stationary bicycle. This workout is guaranteed to challenge your heart rate, as you run, jump, climb hills and sprint your way into a new form of exercise. This workout takes place in our Spinning Room located off of the Group Exercise Studios. Please bring a towel and water bottle. 17 bike limit! Young at Heart A slower paced muscle toning workout geared toward the older adult and/or the beginner exercised (also recommended for pre and postpartum participants). This workout will improve strength, endurance and overall flexibility. All fitness levels
Yoga Fusion A comprehensive system combining various styles of Yoga, such as Hatha and Kundalini, wherein gentle and non-stress postures, as well as stretches, balancing positions, breathing, relaxation and meditation practices are utilized. YogaLaTai A unique way of combining Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi into one huge mind/body experience. Not the traditional Hatha Yoga class.
